Terms of Service

• Subscription: 100 € per month, billed via Stripe, cancel anytime.
• Use of the service is limited to licensed accountants and their clients.
• Accounting data belongs to the customer; we do not sell or share it.
• Service availability and liability terms to be completed.

Refunds & cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal; the subscription runs until the end of the paid period and is not renewed. Because the service is delivered digitally and the data you entered remains yours (exportable at any time via the engagement export), we do not offer partial refunds for unused days of an already-paid period. If a billing error or a charge made after a confirmed cancellation occurs, we refund it in full within 14 days — contact support and we will correct it.

Tool, not tax advice

SaftBG is a bookkeeping and reporting tool. It does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. Statutory filings made from the service (VAT returns, SAF-T, journals and similar exports) are generated from the data you enter; the correctness of that data, the interpretation of the law for your situation, and the timely submission of filings remain the responsibility of you and your licensed accountant. When in doubt about a filing, consult a professional.
